Partnering with our clients, JCM develops a Safety, Health & Environment Plan for each assignment.  This Plan is translated into continuous quality assurance / quality control programs that lasts the length of service.  Accountability is established by weaving the plan into mandatory training, performance reviews, key performance indicators, risk assessment metrics, prevention planning; regulatory compliance; emergency preparedness and quality assurance efforts.
