JCM's management team brings more than a century of commercial facility management and operating experience, with proven expertise in the janitorial services.

 

Judith E. Conlon, Chief Executive Officer 

Ms. Conlon is a founding member of JCM Business Solutions and responsible for strategic and tactical management of budgeting, finance, treasury and risk management functions; including the development and management of the company's operational and capital five year planning projections.  Ms. Conlon brings twenty years in the financial services industry. 

 

Michael F. Conlon, President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Conlon is a founding member of JCM Business Solutions and leads operations and business development.  Mr. Conlon brings ten years in the commercial janitorial and maintenance industry, plus twenty years in the air transportation industry; including airline operations and passenger services, airline ground operations, and facility management and maintenance.  Mr. Conlon's janitorial and maintenance experience includes some 5.0 million sf passenger terminals, hangers, cargo, office and administrative facilities in John F. Kennedy International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, LaGuardia International Airport and Manchester - Boston Regional Airport

 

Dorthy Sepulveda, Director of Operations
Ms. Sepulveda manages the daily operations of multiple service contracts in the New York metropolitan area, totaling more than 700,000 sf in JFK's Terminal 4, 7 and 8, and 1.7 million sf of warehouse, office, retail and education facilities.  Ms. Sepulveda's past experience includes managing janitorial services in JFK's Delta Terminals 2, 3 & 4 totaling more than 2.5 million sf, along with US Airway's LaGuardia terminal.  

Phil Grieci Director of Facility Service

Mr. Grieci brings 30+ years of airline industry and facility management expertise to his daily facility management and corporate strategic planning responsibilities.  His experience spans daily station operations in addition to corporate real estate, airport redevelopment and strategic planning and includes operating in global hubs (JFK International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport and Boston Logan International Airport) as well as regional centers (Newburgh Stewart International Airport.  development).  Currently Mr. Grieci manages all facility operations  including operations and maintenance for the new LaGuardia Airport Terminal B during its public private partnership redevelopment.
