JCM serves as a subcontractor to Westfield Group, the concession manager overseeing on behalf of American Airlines the retail and food concession daily operations in this 2.2 million sf facility.  JCM staff are assigned to bus tables, provide surface and floor cleaning and waste management during operating hours.  After hour service includes waste management, heavy dusting, and heavy surface and floor cleaning in preparation for daily operations.  JCM also serves as the Receiving Logistical Manager positioned at the three-bay loading dock to coordinate and document delivery traffic.

JCM Business Solutions is providing end of day cleanup for this 2,500 sf of dining and kitchen area, including hard floor mopping, surface and wall cleaning, and kitchen degrease.  Bi-monthly heavy cleaning includes floor care, air vents high dusting and glass cleaning.

This multiple location account of newstand retail outlets located in Delta Terminal 2 and American Airlines Terminal 8 in JFK International Airport, involves daily stainless steel cleaning, glass cleaning, metal and wood polishing; complemented by weekly high dusting and cleaning programs.

JCM provides an end-of-week janitorial service package on 2,000 sf of exterior hardscape areas for this Athletic Field and Turf specialist company, including wet pressurized cleaning, power wash, and equipment maintenance shop waste removal.
