JCM Business Solutions is Certified with Honors
January 2010, Manchester, New Hampshire. Manchester - Boston Regional Airport chose Kathy Sullivan of JCM Business Solutions as their first recipient of the N.I.C.E ("Neutralize Irritations Customer Experience") honor.
The American Association of Airport Executives and the Human Resiliency Institute at Fordham University have formed a partnership to offer this innovative program to help airports around the nation improve productivity, optimize costs and enhance customer service by supporting airport employees to perform at their peaks.
